Areas
IrisBibi, I keep having to revisit areas I've already cleared... Do I really have to jump in myself every single time? My legs are going to retire before I do.
BibiThat's what Auto Explore is for. Once you've cleared an area with at least 1 star, you can earn rewards over time without running the battle yourself.
IrisOh! So while I'm taking it easy, monster kills, experience, and items can still come in little by little?
BibiExactly. Depending on your equipped weapon, you gain melee, ranged, or magic exploration experience, and resource areas grant gathering experience based on the resource type. Item rewards are limited by your exploration reward slots.
IrisSo how exactly do stars make Auto Explore faster? My perfect clears are finally paying off!
BibiRight? Your effort to get those 3 stars is finally paying off! At 1 star, it takes a whopping 1.5 times the 2-star time limit. But once you hit 2 or 3 stars, that multiplier drops significantly to just 1.2 times their respective limits! The final time displayed at the bottom of the window shows the perfect result after factoring in these multipliers and rounding it off, so go check it out!
IrisBut what if I go on a normal exploration while Auto Explore is running? Running both at the same time would be an amazing deal, wouldn't it?
BibiDon't try to get rewards that easily. Auto Explore pauses during normal exploration, and time that passes during normal exploration is not counted toward Auto Explore rewards.
IrisThen what about while the game is closed? I'd love it if the explorers kept working while I sleep!
BibiYes. When you return to the game by pressing Start Game from the title screen, your offline Auto Explore rewards will be calculated.
IrisGot it. So I should keep enough reward slots open and make sure I still meet the area's requirements!
BibiCorrect. Area requirements are checked every time Auto Explore starts. If you fail to meet them, it stops, and if that happens during offline calculation, the summary window will show the reason, so check your materials and required gear carefully.
